Corporate Entrepreneurship is essential for firm profitability and growth. To promote corporate entrepreneurship, it is essential that the firm is equipped with an adequate system of corporate governance. Alessandra Rigolini is research fellow at the Department of "Economia e Management" at theUniversity of Pisa. Her research interests focus on the issues of strategic management and corporate governance. Her activities include teaching assistant at the same department and at Bocconi University.
